Change type as input and output to control and sensor data

It is misleading to specify component data tag type as input or output or both. Instead change this to "control" data and "sensor" data which is more meaningful.

Handle ways for component to "expect" sensor data, what to expect and any processing rules required.

It is now handled as "control" and "resource" data.. Again, the term "sensor" may be misleading, hence changed to "resource".

Now, Features are either "control" or "resource" type. The data parameters no more has a type parameter.. The entire feature is control or resource, not specific parameters (data tags)
